The successful candidates would look after the operations function based at the NCR Hub Center. The scope of work would involve Coordination with the on-ground staff across different branches, Timely escalation and resolution of operational issues, Coordination with client staff for urgent pickups, pilferage cases, over TAT cases etc. Training field team on processes and ensuring compliance, prepare and share periodic reports, Track and ensure TATs as per the operational norms of the organization.
Skill Sets:
- Experience in logistics.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications .
- Ability to communicate with clients and vendors in a professional manner.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Highly motivated and proactive in communication .
Experience:
2-3 years in the Logistics Industry, experience in SCM/Warehousing would be desirable. The aspirants should have a pleasing personality, good team spirit and should be approachable, adaptive with an optimistic outlook. Should be at least a Graduate, preferably with some diploma in Logistics operations.
