Assignment Profile:

Applications are invited from male/female individuals for the position of Customer Service Executives. The selected candidates will use their skills and experience to ensure that the company delivers the highest standards of service to customers. The candidates would be achievement driven customer service executives with experience in successfully, prioritizing and completing tasks to meet customers’ needs. They would be proficient in handling complex situations and escalating customer service issues, reviewing customer complaints and tracking customer complaint resolutions. They would be target driven having comprehensive knowledge of analyzing relevant data to determine customer service outputs, identifying and implementing strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability. Should be friendly and flexible individuals with a proven professional approach towards objectives and tasks.

Experience:

The applicant should have an experience of 1-3 years of which at least 2 years should be in the customer service function. Candidates should be graduates and a diploma in CRM would be an additional asset. They should have exposure or be open to exceptional customer service on traditional and new communication channels, including social media, web interface and mobile devices.
